Head of Public Freedom and Human Rights Committee at the Parliament Mohammed Al-Shaif met on Tuesday with vice chairman of the International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC) in Yemen Moahmmed Abu Ghazalah. During the meeting, Abu Ghazalah briefed Al-Shaif on the humanitarian activities done by the ICRC in Yemen, specially in Saada and Amran governorates, Yemen's news agency "SABA" reported. For his part, Al-Shaif, expressed appreciation for the ICRC humanitarian work, emphasizing the importance of joint coordination among the various humanitarian organizations working in Yemen in order to expand the range of aid provided. He affirmed support of the parliamentary committee to facilitate any difficulty the ICRC faces in Yemen.
