Vice-Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura Meets OHCHR Delegation

Vice-Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Hamzah Hajjar met here today a delegation of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
During the meeting, Dr. Bandar briefed the delegation on the efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier in the field of human rights.
The Vice-Speaker also briefed the delegation on the tasks of Majlis Al-Shura.
For their part, the members of the delegation pointed out that the visit aims at enhancing the relations between the OHCHR and Majlis Al-Shura.
