The Board of Directors of Qatar Development Fund (QDF) on Monday held its first meeting at the headquarters of the Foreign Affairs Ministry. The meeting, which was chaired by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, was attended by the Minister of State for International Cooperation Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad al-Attiyah along with a number of representatives of QDF board members, which are the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Silatech enterprise and Qatar Red Crescent Society. The meeting dealt with an in-depth discussion on the items of the agenda as regards the Fund's works and structure. The Board of Directors took the appropriate decisions thereon, according to a report of Qatar News Agency (QNA).
