AlQa'dah 5, 1432, Oct 3, 2011, SPA - Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah conferred on Sunday with Bulgarian Foreign Minister Nikolay Mladenov. During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations in all areas as well as issues of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by a number officials from the Foreign Ministry. After the meeting, an agreement for the waiver of visa requirements for holders of special and diplomatic passports was signed between the two countries, according to a report of Qatar News Agency (QNA).
