The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre (SZGMC) has selected Etisalat Facilities Management LLC (EFM), a member of Etisalat Services Holding LLC of Abu Dhabi, to provide electro-mechanical and civil engineering facilities maintenance services for the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and its various facilities. The three years agreement was signed by Mohammed Khoori, Director of Support Services Department at the Centre and Engineer Mustafa Ahmed Al Ateek, General Manager of Etisalat Facilities Management. "The choice of Etisalat Facilities Management was made based on a detailed technical offer that was submitted by EFM to run and maintain the facilities of the Grand Mosque using the latest technologies and methods," Khoori was quoted as saying by the UAE news agency "WAM." For his part, Engineer Mustafa Al Ateek praised the agreement saying "it is an honor for Etisalat FM to carry out the maintenance and facilities management services of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque."
