OIC Executive Committee to hold an emergency meeting on situation in Cote d'vore

The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) announced today that the OIC Executive Committee is due to hold an emergency meeting to discuss the political crisis in the Republic of Cote d'vore (Ivory Coast) which is a member of OIC.
According to the OIC spokesman, a one-day meeting will be held at the ambassadorial level on December 16, 2010 at the OIC General Secretariat in Jeddah to review the situation in the West African country and to make appropriate recommendations on this regard.
