The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ambassador to Australia Ali Nasser Al Nuaimi met today Speaker of the Australian House of Representatives Harry Jenkins. During the meeting which was held in the office of the Speaker of Australian House of Representatives, they reviewed bilateral relations and ways of boosting them in different fields to serve the interests of the two countries. Jenkins also hailed the distinguished relations between UAE and Australia highlighting the importance of enhancing joint cooperation between the Australian House of Representatives and UAE's Federal National Council in order to open more perspectives and areas of cooperation, the UAE news agency "WAM" reported. For his part, Al Nuaimi reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries at all levels, stressing the keenness of both sides to exchange experiences and visits between ministers and senior officials in order to open up wider prospects for trade and investment partnership, especially in energy, tourism, logistics, education and agriculture fields.
