Borders Guards in Jazan Foil Smuggling Attempt of 100 Hashish Tiles

Hijjah 30, 1431, Dec 06, 2010, SPA-- The patrols of the Borders Guards in Al-Mawsim Sector in Jazan Province foiled last night an attempt for smuggling 100 Hashish tiles.
The Information Spokesman of the Command of the Borders Guards First-Lieutenant Turki Al-Qusaibi pointed out that Saudi patrols monitored a boat entering Saudi territorial waters and immediately sent a gunboat for chasing it, noting that the boat was seized, in addition to the seizure of the Hashish tiles on its board.
He indicated that the patrols' operation was carried out under direct follow-up from the Borders Guards' Commander Major General Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Aidi.
