Malaysia PM, Prince Turki bin Talal honor development projects winning AGFUND Prize 2009

Hijjah, 1431/Dec. 01, 2010, SPA -- In presence of Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Special Representative of Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, President of the Arab Gulf Program for United Nations Development "AGFUND", Malaysia's Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak patronized here today the annual ceremony of "AGFUND" International Prize for the development projects winning the Prize for 2009.
On behalf of Prince Talal Bin Abdulaziz, President of "AGFUND" and Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Award, Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz delivered a speech in which he asserted that the prize was able to draw attention and highlight the critical issues of development, forming the basis of the Global Strategy for the Development known as Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), expressing thanks to the Government of Malaysia for hosting the annual ceremony of AGFUND International Prize.
