UAE Interior Ministry and UNODC Explore Joint Cooperation

Hijjah 24, 1431, Nov 30, 2010, SPA -- Lt. General Saif Al Shafaar, Undersecretary of UAE Ministry of Interior, received Monday Yury Fedotov, Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
Lt.General. Al Shafaar affirmed to his guest the Ministry's keenness to boost cooperation and coordination with UNODC.
The meeting dealt with ways of enhancing joint cooperation in areas
of combating crimes and drugs.
He lauded the Ministry of Interior for its constructive efforts
and cooperation with the UN agency, according to a report of the UAE news agency "WAM."
