Hijjah 16, 1431, Nov 22, 2010, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu met with British Cabinet Minister Baroness (A Title of Nobility) Sayeeda Warsi at the OIC's Headquarters in Jeddah on Saturday. On his part, Ihsanoglu welcomed Baroness Warsi as the first Muslim British Minister visiting the OIC Headquarters and expressed his pleasure on the willingness of the United Kingdom for further strengthening relations with the OIC, as evident in the growing number of high level officials from the UK meeting with the OIC Secretary General in recent months.
