Qa'dah 29, 1431 H/Nov 06, 2010, SPA -- Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini welcomed here today the increasing of number of scholarships for Saudi students at Italian universities, stressing that sending these Saudi students for training in Italian companies as well as in small and medium-sized establishments is a step to enhance the distinguished relations between the two countries. During a press conference held after attending the Saudi-Italian Forum hosted by the Council of Saudi Chambers, the Minister Frattini said that increasing investments between the two countries with regard to the knowledge economy was discussed, pointing out that Italy will facilitate all procedures before Saudi businessmen for obtaining their own visas. Talks with the Saudi officials focused on the strategic partnership between the two countries, especially between the Saudi and Italian business sectors which have a significant relationship.", the Italian foreign minister added.
