Qa'dah 29, 1431H, Nov 06, 2010, SPA -- Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini, currently on a visit to Saudi Arabia, has expressed his country's appreciation of the Kingdom, for its great role in maintaining peace and fighting terrorism. In his speech at Saudi-Italian Economic Forum, he said that Italy lauds the role being played by the Kingdom at regional and international arenas. "The Kingdom has provided important information in the fight against terrorism which has contributed to the abortion of large-scale terrorist operations. As such, Italy is grateful for these efforts that emphasize the significant role of the Kingdom in maintaining international peace and security, " the Italian Foreign Minister said.
