Spanish Prime Minister Visits Afghanistan

Qa'dah 29, 1431, Nov 06, 2010, SPA -- Spain's Prime Minister is in Afghanistan for a surprise visit to meet his country's troops and the Afghan President.
Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero met Saturday with President Hamid Karzai and other Afghan officials. No details of the visit were announced, but Spain has about 1,500 troops in Afghanistan, according to a report of the Associated Press.
