Qa'dah 28, 1431 H/ Nov. 05, 2010, SPA -- Attackers hurled hand grenades into a mosque on Friday in north-western Pakistan, killing at least three worshippers and injuring more than 18, dpa quoted government officials as saying. The attack came hours after a suicide bombing killed 45 people in a suicide attack at another mosque in the same region. The second strike took place in Badabir, a suburb of Peshawar, the capital of the north-western province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. "The attackers hurled three hand grenades when people were offering Isha prayer (evening prayer). Around 60 to 70 people were inside the mosque," said Ijaz Khan, a senior police official.
