The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) signed here on Friday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) related to developing and understanding MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries international tax agreements for the years 2010 to 2012. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of 15th Annual Conference of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which concluded its two-day deliberations yesterday in Paris, the UAE news agency "WAM" reported. UAE's official delegation to the conference was led by Director General of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) Younis Haji Al Khoori. Representing UAE, Al Khouri signed the MoU while Jeffrey Owens, Director of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration (CTPA) represented the OECD in signing it.
