Prince Naif Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, has congratulated King Saud University on gaining the 391st rank under Shanghai Global Classification for 2010 "Academic Ranking of World Universities''; the first position among Arab and Islamic countries in all classifications; 247th rank in Global Spanish Classification "Alibo Metrucs'', and 164th rank in the world famous British classification "The Times". In a reply cable to the University's President Dr. Abdullah Al-Othman, Prince Naif said, "We congratulate you on these achievements, which have been recorded in the name of the homeland under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince. We thank you and wish all additional successes, in future, too."
