The mobile medical team of the UAE Armed Forces is busy providing treatment to people affected by floods in Pakistan. This comes under the instructions of President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the follow up of General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. It is worth mentioning that the medical staff consists of doctors, nurses and specialists who are working around the clock and has served over 1,060 people in the affected areas, according to a report of UAE news agency "WAM". The armed forces of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have also established an air bridge between the provinces of Punjab and Sindh as part of the state's efforts to alleviate the suffering of those who are in flood-affected regions. It has also airlifted supplies to places besieged by water and areas inaccessible through roads.
