UAE President promotes Sheikh Mohammed to the rank of General

President and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a federal decree promoting Lt. General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the rank of General.
In another decree, the UAE news agency "WAM" said Sheikh Khalifa elevated Major General Obeid Mohammed Abdullah Al Ka'abi, Defense Ministry Under Secretary, Major General Hamad Suhail Al Khaili, chief aide de camp, and Major General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, to the rank of Lt. General.
