A Saudi cargo plane, the first in an airlift relief assistance sent to Pakistan to help alleviate the sufferings of flood-stricken areas upon directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, arrived in Peshawar today. The consignment includes different relief items, including blankets, tents, and daily needs. An official delivery of the shipment took place. Bakhtanokhwah Asghar Ali, Director of Humanitarian Affairs in the Government of Khaiber State, thanked the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for this gesture. For his part, Saudi ambassador to Pakistan Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadeer said several Saudi relief planes will reach this region.
