Chairman of the Shoura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al Alsheikh highlighted work of the council in a speech he delivered at an international conference for heads of parliaments which began here today. The chairman underlined Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's support for the policy of promoting peaceful coexistence and understanding through the culture of dialogue among civilizations and cultures. The chairman called for ending the suffering of the Palestinian people under Israeli occupation.
