Chairman of the Shoura Council delivers speech

Chairman of the Shoura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al Alsheikh delivered a speech during participation in the 15th conference of Arab Parliamentary Federation currently hosted by the Omani capital, Muscat.
In the speech, the chairman reviewed a number of international, regional and local issues including the world economy, Arab reconciliation, Shoura in Islam, the Arab-Israeli conflict, Palestinian unity, the political process in Iraq, Lebanese-Syrian relations, Sudanese president's trial and other issues.
The chairman highlighted Saudi efforts in the field of combating terrorism.
The 15th conference of Arab Parliamentary Federation began here today.
