Naseer Mohammed Mohsen, father of Iraqi Siamese twins (Zainab and Ruqayyah) expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his quick respond to the humanitarian appeal directed to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, immediately after the birth of his two daughters. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Naseer Mohsen said that he has heard about the humanitarian positions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, so he wrote a letter explaining the status of his two daughters to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, urging him to save the lives of them. He added that after only three days he received a telephone call from the Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Alrabaia'ah, informing him that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques approved and directed to examine the possibility of making an operation to separate the Iraqi Siamese twins at King Abdulaziz Medical City of the National Guard. The father of the Iraqi Siamese twins also extended thanks to the medical team headed by the Minister of Health, saying that "The whole world is proud of this medical team." He concluded describing the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as the King of humanity.
