The wide-range military maneuvers carried out by Israel near the Lebanese borders come within the framework of the Israeli preparations for launching a new war in the region, said the daily, urging the international community to shoulder its responsibility as regards enhancing the pillars of peace in the region through enabling the Palestinians restore their usurped rights in line with the Arab peace initiative and preventing Israel from any irrational practice.
