A twin-engine, small plane crashed seconds after takeoff from Quebec City's airport in Canada, killing seven people early today, dpa quoted media reports as saying. "I'm not able to climb," were the last words of the pilot of the Beechcraft King Air twin-turboprop, the Toronto Star reported. The victims included two crew members and five passengers. The plane went down in a rural area about two kilometers north of the end of the runway at Jean Lesage Airport. The pilot had informed the control tower that the right engine was not working and that he would try to return to the airport. The plane was bound for Sept-Iles and Natashquan, Quebec.
