Jordan's king confers with Lebanese premier on regional issues

King Abdullah II of Jordan met today with Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Al-Hariri, who is on a regional tour, dpa quoted the royal
court as reporting.
Al-Hariri briefed the monarch on the outcome of his talks with US
President Barack Obama in Washington on May 25.
The discussions also tackled "a number of regional and
international issues of mutual interest," a royal court statement
read, without going into details.
The Lebanese Prime Minister arrived in Amman earlier Tuesday at
the start of a tour which is scheduled to take him also to Egypt and
Saudi Arabia.
