The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has launched Insurance Phone Self-Service for employers, subscribers and beneficiaries through toll free phone 8001243344 in Arabic and English since the beginning of 1431H for achieving its goal of e-transformation and providing its phone services to its customers easily anywhere round the clock. The Director General of GOSI Insurance Information Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Abduljabbar pointed out that calls received for the last five months accounted for more than 311,000, and subscribers in the service exceeded 33,000 users during the same period.
