The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is participating in Competition of Intel International Science and Engineering Fair "ISEF 2010" now in progress in San Jose in the United States of America. The Kingdom is represented by King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) through 30 students and 18 projects. Mawhiba Deputy Secretary General Dr. Mahmoud Nakadi said the Kingdom's participation in this international contest is part of a strategy and plan to encourage those who are gifted ones, spread creativity and innovation that has been endorsed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who is also President of "Mawhiba". On his part, the General Supervisor of Mawhiba Enrichment Programs and Head of the Saudi delegation participating in the Fair Ahmed Al-Balushi said that the Fair is the only universal one, representing all life sciences for students, in which competitors total more than a million students from all countries on an annual basis.
