30,000 Persons Die in Traffic Accidents Annually in the Arab World: Dr Koman

Secretary General of the Council of the Arab Interior Ministers Dr Mohammed Koman said traffic accidents constitute one of the great problems for different communities.
Speaking on the occasion of the Arab Traffic Week, Dr Koman said traffic accidents kill more than 30,000 persons annually in the Arab world and cause injuries to more than 250,000 other persons.
He estimated losses caused by traffic accidents at more than $25 billion annually.
