Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdul-Rahman Al-Atiyyah has expressed appreciation for the decision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to build a medical city, as an affiliate of Arab Gulf University of Bahrain, and as a gift to Bahrain and the GCC member states. The project of the medical city will cost SR One billion. Al-Atiyyah lauded the higher goals of King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, who is keen on enhancing the march of the joint gulf work. He lauded the important role being played by King Abdullah in supporting vital projects pertaining to the GCC march. Al-Atiyyah said the support being extended by the GCC leaders have a positive impact on the activities of the GCC.
