Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Abdul-Rahman Al-Atiyyah has lauded the approval of King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa of Bahrain of the Basic System of the Office of Patent Invention in the Council's member states. He expressed appreciation for the role of the GCC Leaders as regards implementing the GCC resolutions in a manner that enhances the march of the GCC. The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
