Minister opens conference on water desalination

Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Water and Electricity Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Alhosain opened here today a three-day conference on water desalination in the Arab countries.
In a speech, the minister spoke on scarcity of water resources hailing Saudi leaders' support for water desalination efforts.
