Minister opens conference on water desalination in Arab countries

Awwal 13, 1432, April 17, 2011, SPA -- On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Water and Electricity and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation opened here today the 2011 Conference on Water Desalination In the Arab Countries.
The opening ceremony included a speech ceremony and a documentary on the Saudi desalination efforts.
It also included the opening of the water equipment and technologies exhibition held in conjunction with the conference.
