Commerce Minister opens Arab Conference on Developmental & Economic Impacts of Nano-Technology

Under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdullah bin Ahmed Zainal has opened the Arab Conference on Developmental and Economic Impacts of Nano-Technology hosted by King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
The three-day conference is aimed at raising awareness of the importance of controlling nano-applications and its impacts on the future of Arab economies, generating effective policies and programs for the transfer and the best utilization of the nano technology in the Arab region.
