based Al-Jazirah said the Arab leaders or whoever represent them, are meeting later today in Libya at a time when several problems are awaiting solutions. The Palestinian problem, notably Al-Quds problem, has generated vigorous reactions following the growing escalations in Israel's settlement policy in al-Quds for completing the process of judaization of the city. "Israel has been turning a deaf ear to the international legitimacy while the international powers and all concerned parties are incapable of taking a firm stand vis-a-vis Israeli practices." The daily believes that the responsibility of salvation of Al-Quds is a great responsibility and subsequently the Arab leaders who will gather today in Libya should take the appropriate measures for confronting these challenges. "Are the Arabs capable of formulating a strong stand that makes Israel freeze its criminal actions in al-Quds and encourages the international forces to shoulder their responsibility as regards putting pressure on the Jewish state," the daily inquired, adding that all Arabs are looking forward towards Libya hoping that the summit will yield positive results.
