Yemeni Prime Minister Ali Mujawar returned on Sunday to Sana'a following a state visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during which he headed the Yemeni side in the 19th session of the Saudi-Yemeni Coordination Council held in Riyadh on Saturday. In a statement to Saba, Mujawar made clear that he met with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and talked with him over a number of related issues to the bilateral relations and the active role of the Saudi-Yemeni Coordination Council in serving and reinforcing the joint work in the various political, economic, cultural and development fields. He described results of the round as "successful" reinforcing the Council process in developing the mutual relations, noting that nine cooperation agreements were signed during the session covering areas of health, social affairs and labor, electricity, energy, higher education, water and sanitation and tourism. He renewed appreciation of Yemen for the role of the Kingdom in supporting Yemen development process and its supportive stances toward Yemen, expressing his confidence that the future will be more prosperous for the two countries relations.
