Visiting Chairwoman of Foreign Appropriations Committee of the U.S. Congress Nita Lowey and the accompanying delegation today paid a visit to the headquarters of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) in Riyadh. At the venue, the U.S. congressional delegation was received by Governor of SAGIA Amr bin Abdullah Al-Dabbagh and a number of its officials. During the meeting, the delegation was briefed on the investment regulations in the Kingdom and the facilities provided by the relevant authorities for local, joint and foreign investments in addition to the growing demand by global companies to invest in the Kingdom after the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud had adopted several steps to improve the investment environment in Saudi Arabia in general.
