Assistant Speaker of Shura (consultative) Council Dr Abdurrahman Al-Barrak received here today a delegation which represents the Council of Foreign Relations in New York. Speaking on the occasion, Al-Barrak welcomed the delegation and reiterated the importance of the existing friendly relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the US in the various political, economic and cultural domains. He briefed the delegation on the Shura Council and its role in the service of the country. Meanwhile, the Foreign Affairs Committee at the Shura Council held a meeting with the American delegation. During the meeting, they reviewed issues of mutual interest.
