Engineer Ali Ibrahim Al Naimi, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resource received here today the Netherlands' Minister of Economic Affairs Maria van der Hoeven. The meeting dealt with strengthening petroleum relations between Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands, including increased investment between the two countries in the field of energy in general and the petroleum sector in particular. Also, the meeting covered environmental issues and their relationship to energy, including cooperation in the use of clean energy and in the collection and injection of carbon dioxide Co2 in addition to oil market situation and the importance of its stability. The meeting was attended by Assistant minister for petroleum affairs Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and a number of the ministry's high-level officials.
