The First phase of the Forum of students under the program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for foreign scholarship that admitted this year a total of 8, 248 students from various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has been concluded. Director of the program Dr Majed al-Harbi said in a statement to The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said that the countries to where the students will be sent have also been selected. He said the forum of students included a series of lectures and workshops on the preparation of the students for scholarships and providing them with the required information. It also included a lecture from the cultural attaché and an open lecture with the undersecretary of the higher education ministry for scholarships affairs in addition to another lecture from the bar examination committee. Al-Harbi noted that the students forum is compulsory for all students who are on scholarships. He hoped that all students on scholarships would benefit from the program and acquire knowledge and added that "it is hoped the students who are on scholarships will give a bright impression about their country".
