The International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO) has hailed The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosque"s decisive decree to mitigate the sufferings of the effected of Jeddah flash flood and his directives to shelter family evicted from homes, and provide all accommodation needed as well as financial and in-kind assistances. This came in a letter to General. Saad Abdullah Al Twiagri, The Director General of Civil Defense from Nawaf Al-Sleibi, The Secretary General of ICDO. The Royal Decree in dealing with this disaster, is a document for humanitarian action in the face of all catastrophes, Sleibi said. Sleibi also expressed appreciation of all humanitarian organizations in the world for the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz in the field of humanitarian action that profoundly manifested itself in the finest pictures in the aftermath of Jeddah Flash Flood disaster that swept through large parts of the Governorate of Jeddah.
