Saudi Arabia to finance Manuscripts Conservation Project in Uzbekistan

Deputy Minister of Education Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Muammar has said that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud approved that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia finances the Manuscripts Conservation Project in Al-Biruni Institute of Oriental Studies, Academy of Sciences, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The Deputy Minister of Education also said that such finance amounts to $361,769,50 including 13 percent for technical services and management oversight by the UNESCO.
