Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of topics particularly the King"s services to the Muslim world. In an editorial entitled "The King"s Gift to the Muslim World", Al-Nadwah newspaper said that the interest of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in his religion, the homeland and the Muslim world, has been shown in his directives for the establishment of four television channels, two of them for the Holy Quran and Prophet"s Sunnah (Traditions) to serve Islam, noting that the channels have been presented as a gift from the King to Muslims all over the world. The paper indicated the King"s keenness on the service of the Islamic religion, the homeland and Arab and Islamic nations as well as his charitable and humanitarian works towards peoples in all parts of the world. The paper pointed out that the other two channels are for economy as well as culture and dialogue.
