United Electro-technical Equipment Company Formed

Abdullah Ahmed Zainal, The minister of Commerce and Industry approved here today the establishment of United Company for Electro-technical Equipment as a closed joint stock company, which is under construction in Riyadh.
Dr. Hassan Fadh Aqeel, Under Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for internal trade said in a statement to SPA that the company"s capital is SR 10 million, which is split into One million shares with a nominal value of SR 10. The founders subscribed to all shares of the company.
The company will manufacture electric, current and voltage transformers and other electrical equipments.
