Two Companies Established

The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Abdullah Ahmed Zainal, has approved the establishment of Taif Al-Raedah Holding Company for Installment Sale and Car Rental, and Saudi Holding Company for Production of Plastic Furniture, as closed joint stock companies, the first one under construction.
The Undersecretary of Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Internal Trade Dr. Hassan Fadhel Aqeel, said that the capital of each company is SR 2 million, divided into 200,000 shares with a nominal value of SR 10. The founders subscribed in all the shares of the companies.
