The government of Andorra says the death toll from a bridge that collapsed while under construction has risen to five, AP reported. The government says that four of the dead are still buried under tons of steel and concrete used in the construction of a viaduct. Six workers received treatment for minor injuries, and one man who was rescued alive died in the hospital. It says in a statement that heavy lifting equipment is expected to arrive from Spain on Sunday afternoon, a day after the bridge collapsed. Andorra, which has a population of 84,000, is a tiny, picturesque principality and tax haven in the Pyrenees Mountains on the Spanish-French border.
