Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah confirmed Kuwait" support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in securing its borders and defending its territory against any external aggression. In a press statement issued today by Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Dr. Al-Sabah expressed his country"s strong condemnation of the criminal acts carried out by infiltrators to Saudi territories in the Jazan region, resulting in clashes and the martyrdom of a Saudi security man and wounding others, stressing that any attack on the sovereignty of Saudi Arabia is an aggression against Kuwait. The senior Kuwaiti official praised the actions taken by the prudent leadership of the Kingdom in the face of this incident, expressing confidence in the ability of the Saudi armed forces to secure its borders and protect citizens and expatriates on its territory .
