Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah confirmed the support of the GCC member states for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its drive against infiltrators and for the protection of its territories. In a press statement following his meeting with the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs committee, he said Kuwait and GCC member countries always support the efforts aiming at bringing about peace and stability to Yemen. He said the meeting was briefed on the current situation in Yemen as the members were discussing the preparations for London Conference on Yemen and the positive role of the GCC members in this regard, noting that the conference would be attended by GCC Foreign Ministers in addition to a number of Arab Foreign Ministers. Sheikh Mohammed Al-Sabah also reviewed the efforts exerted to bring about peace and stability in Yemen and the internal and external challenges facing Yemen.
