United Arab Emirates" Economy Minister Engineer Sultan Al Mansouri, arrived in Istanbul last night, heading the UAE delegation to take part at the 35th meetings of the Permanent Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation (COMCEC) of Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC). In an arrival statement, he highlighted the significance of convening the COMCEC meeting at a time that requires solidarity among the OIC member countries in all fields, including the economic, trade and investment. He reiterated that the UAE has been supporting the developmental issues in the Muslim countries to boost ties and back the OIC to enable it perform its duty in the best interest of the Muslim peoples, according to a report of the UAE news agency "WAM"
