The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has stressed that the Kingdom has no choice to compete and participate actively at the international level unless quality becomes its basic standard for all what it provides for the world; such perfection should be based on the teachings of Islam, he said, pointing out that quality has become the most important specification to reach globalization in terms of products and services . In a speech delivered on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques during the opening of the 2nd Forum for Quality and launching of new projects of the Saudi Organization for Standardization, Meteorology and Quality here tonight by the Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdullah Zainal, the King stressed that quality represents a vital role in the comprehensive development system being witnessed by the Kingdom. --SPA
